This 75 minute Energy Alignment & Clearing Session offers a spacious, grounded container for nervous-system setting, gentle release, and energetic realignment. The work unfolds intuitively, guided by what your energy and what is ready to shift or settle.

Sessions draw on a blend of intuitive energy work, earth-based and shamanic practices, and somatic awareness. I listen closely to what is present and respond in a way that supports balance, coherence, and integration.

Sessions may include: chakra balancing, energetic clearing, shadow integration, somatic support, and nervous system regulation, based on what your system needs in the moment.

You may leave feeling steadier, clearer, more resourced, or simply more at home in yourself.
