Sacred Creativity is an online gathering where you’ll be led in meditation to quiet the mind and open the heart. From that still place, you’ll be invited to create ~ letting your hands give language to what lives inside you. All while held in a supportive community container.

A Shadow Work Circle
A monthly sacred container for those ready to stop running from the dark — and start receiving its medicine.
You’ve heard it before: do the Shadow Work. But what does that actually mean?
It means turning toward the parts of yourself you’ve buried — the rage, the grief, the shame, the hunger — and instead of managing them, you meet them. You listen. You let them teach you something.
That’s exactly what we do in the Shadow Work Circle.
This is more than just a conversation. Through guided journey work and reflection, you’ll have the opportunity to experience the work directly and discover what wisdom your shadows have to share.
This is shadow work that actually moves something.
