Wednesday, July 9th:
(Whale watching tour #1:)
They took us snorkeling first, and served us fresh fruit when we got back on the boat. From that point on, the rest of my family continued to get sea sick, (somewhat violently), for the next hour and a half! 🤢
I had a headache still, acclimating to Gaia’s pure song, but remained unplagued by the mild sea curse afflicting my family.
My people don’t like to be bothered or touched at such times – they prefer to suffer stoically, if not silently (lol- you just had to be there! 😂). So I was free to ignore them, for the most part, and do my best to connect and live the purpose of my soul’s prayer in that moment. 🌈
Unsurprisingly, the call I heard the loudest during my journey that morning, was Gaia’s. 💙💚
✨It was brief, but it was pure and unmistakable.✨
The tour led us to some little islands of earth – that had risen from great mountain tops under the sea: Costa Rica’s newest land formations – millions of years old.
There was a sacredness to these areas, that brought unexpected tears to my eyes, and a solemn lump to my throat – as I stood witness to the majestic sovereignty of an energy, I am unworthy to describe.
But it was out in the middle of the Ocean that morning, the Mother’s voice rang clear and true as she showed me an image, and helped me to understand – that this area of the world, is her naval. 🧡
I don’t know the size of the area she meant in my vision. It could even be like a band wrapped around the belly of the Earth. And there are many others who are more educated on the Earth’s Chakras than I am, for sure!
But it is her naval, no doubt! 🧡
And that makes perfect sense to my soul, as it is literally an area where Humpback whales and dolphins are called to go – when it’s time to birth their babies!!

Somehow the two are connected in an inter-dimensional way that is beyond our understanding. I hold space for the wisdom to unfurl further, at another time, as Spirit sees fit to enlighten me. ☀️
Thursday, July 10th:
My family was NOT about to get on a boat again, but since the cost was not refundable, they insisted I go without them. I’m not sure I even ‘pretended’ to protest. 😂
Free of puking people, and my headache much more subdued, I relaxed into openness.
At home, when connecting (with the Orcas and Dolphins at Sea World), my primary role is to heal – first and foremost. But here, out in the Ocean, Mama Cocha always insists on healing me! Resistance would be futile.
When I searched to Spirit for guidance on how best to proceed in this moment, I was guided to… ‘Just Be.’ 💙

What a blessing it was to get that message! Can’t you feel the weight lifted with just those two words?!? They helped me to release any last expectations I was struggling to let go of. And I never did see any Humpback whales that day. 😔
No, I wasn’t able to see them.
But I sure as 💩 could feel them!

It wasn’t so much an exchanging of information, as it was more like a handshake.
A presence.
A knowing of one’s energy field – or song – as I feel it.
Theirs is a chord of energy that resonates deep and profound peace. 🎵 They shared it with me for a moment, and now I carry a small thread of it back with me. I believe I’m meant to share it with the Orcas when next I see them- an encoded message – if you will. And, maybe also, to weave into the thread of my own song, to access in personal moments moving forward.
I hold space for, and hope to have a longer conversation with them one day in the future. 💙
Friday, July 11th:
We hiked out to ‘Whale Tail Beach’ at Marino Ballena National Park, early the next morning. It’s a magical place that looks like a whale’s tail and you can only get there during low tide. From the moment Spirit first showed me this place existed – I had envisioned meditating at the center most spot at the edge of the tail.
I had foot surgery (joint replacement) a few months ago, and healing has been slower than I anticipated. I pulled an Amanda, and re-injured my toe – shortly after stepping onto the beach. It was a 45 minute walk out there, but we made it!!
🪶Spirit even saved me my spot, marking it with a big feather standing straight up out of the ground – right next to a beautiful drift wood log!
My perfect sitting spot just waiting for me to meditate!!
